Spring rolls are a very famous Indo-Chinese dish which can be prepared with vegetables and non-vegetable items. It can be best served as an appetizer or as a snack.
INGREDIENTS
- Spring roll pastry sheets
- Dairy milk chocolate
- Nutella
- Wafer sticks in the flavour of choice
- Flour/water paste to seal
METHOD
Spread a generous amount of Nutella in the middle of the sheet, top with a row of Dairy Milk chocolate (2 or 3 blocks) followed by more Nutella to “glue” the wafer stick on. Roll and paste as per normal spring roll. Deep fry until just crispy. Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
