Fuel price continues to rise into 9th day

Yet again the fuel prices continue to rise well into the 9th day. Here are the current changes in the values across the country.

This is the 9th straight day of fuel price hike while the Center and the states remain silent on tax cut relief for the consumers. 

Meanwhile, the Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has said it is possible to cut the tax, but this will cause a lapse in the amount for the development of the state and government projects. The Center had reduced the excise duty tax last year in October.

Petroleum ministers have stated that they are to join the heads on 10 oil companies in a meeting. Meanwhile, sources have said that after the oil price may fall down tomorrow due to the outrage going on.
