Ingredients
- Ripe banana – 2 nos (Cut into thin slices)
- Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
- Coconut grated – 1/4 cup
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cashewnut – 2 tbsp grated
- Raisins – 2 tbsp grated
- Cardamom powder – 2 pinch
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
Method
Step 1
To a hot pan add coconut oil and fry the banana pieces on a medium flame. once banana is fried keep it aside.
Step 2
Into the remaining coconut oil, add ghee and roast the cashewnut, raisins and grated coconut until all items turn brown.
Step 3
Then switch off flame and add Cardamom powder, sugar and salt.
Step 4
Place the filling on the banana pieces and spread all over it.
Step 5
Roll each piece along with the fillings one by one and serve hot.
