In a recent interview, Remya Nambeesan opens up about casting couch.
“I can never tell you that Casting is not in Cinema. I’ve seen my colleagues and friends talking about some of the bad things in the film. Fortunately, I did not pass through that experience. I have a clear understanding of what I’m doing. I’ve learned how to cut off what I do not need” She said.
She added “The bad trends of this kind of cinema should come out. The problems that my friend’s face hurts me. Everyone should talk about it. People are there to hear what we are talking about. There are similar issues not only in the cinema but also in all employment sectors. Women should come forward to fight against it. I need something different. Do not want to get stuck in a special image ..!”
