Cool Hibiscus Sherbet for this Iftar

Here is the preparation technique for a refreshing summer drink made from tender hibiscus flowers and basil seeds.

Ingredients
1.Dried hibiscus 3-4
2.Boiling water-2 cups
3.basil seeds-250gms
4.sugar-2tbsp
5.rose water-1tsp
6.Ice cubes- 6or 7

How to make

Take hibiscus in a bowl and pour boiling water into it. In another bowl, put basil seeds in it and add boiling water to it. Keep it for some time, allow the release of flavours. Then add bloomed basil seeds, sugar and rose water to the hibiscus water and mix well. Pour the blend into a glass filled with ice cubes and serve cold.
