Try this delicious kabab recipe for Ramadan
Bhori Kabab
As the name suggests, Bhori Kabab is a kabab dish that was made and introduced by the Bohra community of Pakistan.
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
Serve: 2-3
Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 kg chicken mince
- 1 large sized fried onion
- Salt (As Needed)
- 2 Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 Medium Sized Onions (Chopped)
- 1/2 Bunch Mint (Fresh)
- Oil (As needed for applying at the hands)
- Cooking Oil (As needed for frying)
Direction
- First of all, soak the bread slices in a bowl by adding milk.
- Next, Add Chicken Mince, fried onions, salt, soaked bread slices, in a blender & blend it well for preparing the mixture for kababs
- Use a spoon in this mixture to mix it for a while
- Then add boiled potatoes, soy sauce, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, egg, mix it again & add chopped onions, mint, blend the mixture again
- Apply some oil at your hands Now make finger-shaped kababs from this mixture.
- Add cooking oil in a pan, then fry these kababs until they changed into golden brown
- Tasty Bohri Kababs are ready, serve it with Raita & some light salad
