Suresh Gopi

Suresh Gopi made his debut as a child actor in ‘Odayil Ninnu’ directed by ace director KS Sethumadhavan. The versatile actor was seen in a brief role as the feudal lord’s son. The film comprised of stalwarts of Malayalam cinema, Sathyan and Prem Nazir in leading roles. Suresh Gopi went on to become one of the biggest stars in Mollywood. He won the National Award for Best Actor in 1998 for ‘Kaliyattam’ and is best remembered for his police dramas ‘Commissioner’ and ‘Ekalavyan.’

Vineeth Kumar had acted in many superhit films as a child artiste during the 90s. He even won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist for ‘Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha.’ His other film during this period includes ‘Padippura,’ ‘Anagha,’ ‘Dasharatham,’ ‘Bharatham’ and ‘Inspector Balram.’ The actor then established himself as one of the most prominent actors with films like ‘Sharjah To Sharjah,’ ‘Sethurama Iyer CBI’ and ‘Chapters.’ The actor also made his directorial debut with the Fahadh Faasil starrer ‘Ayal Njanalla.’

Indrajith Sukumaran

Indrajith, the eldest son of late actor Sukumaran and Mallika Sukumaran, made his Malayalam debut as a child actor through the film ‘Padayani’ in 1986. The film was produced by his father. Indrajith played the younger version of Mohanlal’s character. Today, Indrajith is one of the most sought after actor in Malayalam with notable roles in films like ‘Classmates,’ ‘Baba Kalyani’ and ‘Messa Madhavan’. The actor made his full-length acting debut in ‘Oomappenninu Uriyadappayyan’ starring Jayasurya and Kavya Madhavan.

Nazriya Nazim

Nazriya Nazim made her film debut as a child actor in the film ‘Palunku’ starring Mammootty in the lead. She began her career as a heroine at an early age.
