Crunchy and delicious Keema Samosa for Iftar

Preparation Time: 25 Minutes

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Serve: 2-3

INGREDIENTS

For Filling Mixture:

  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 300 gm Minced Mutton
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • ½ Tsp Cumin (Roasted & Crushed)
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ Tsp Coriander (Roasted & Crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp (Red Chili Powder)
  • 3-4 Green Chilies (Chopped)
  • 2 Medium Sized Onions (Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander

For Keema Samosa:

  • 2 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • Water (As Needed)
  • Samosa Patti’s (As Required)
  • Filling Mixture (As Required)
  • Cooking Oil (As needed for frying)

METHOD

For Filling Mixture:

  • Add Cooking oil in a pan, let it some warm
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly then add mutton minced, & cook for a while
  • Now add salt, roasted Cumin (crushed), turmeric powder, roasted coriander (crushed), red chili powder, mix well & cook until fully done
  • Add Green Chilies, onions, fresh coriander, & cook
  • Filling mixture Keema Samosa is ready

For Keema Samosa:

  • Add water in a small bowl then add Maida & prepare a mixture
  • Take a roll patti & make small samosa in a triangle shape
  • Apply Maida mixture (which we have prepared in 1st step) at the corners of samosa with the help of a soft brush
  • Now fill this samosa with filling mixture which is already prepared
  • Close from the corners (It will not open because we have applied Maida at the corners)
  • Put these samosa’s into a transparent plastic bag for freezing purpose (You can freeze for 2-3 weeks)
  • Add cooking oil in a pan & fry these samosa until they changed into golden brown
  • Serve with Ketchup/Raita
