Chicken Tikka Cheese Samosa
INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken boneless
half cup yogurt
4 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons any tikka masala
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup green coriander
1 tablespoons dry coriander powder
1 tablespoons garam masala
1 tablespoons cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 green chilli
1 egg
samosa patti
1 tbsp maida+ water, make it a paste to glue the sides of samosa
Oil for frying samosa
METHOD
First marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, tikka masala and salt. After marinating, keep it the fridge for 2-3 hours
Next, heat a saucepan and pour oil, and add in the cumin seeds. Add in the marinated chicken. Mix it in on low heat for 15 minutes till all the water is released.
After the water is released, add in the coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala and the green chilli. Mix it till the water dry up completely. This will take about 10 minutes. Mash it with the spoon the mix it well
When the water is completely dried up, add in the green coriander and mix it for 5 minutes on high flame till the oil is absorbed.
The chicken tikka off the flame and place it on a plate to cool it.
Fill the Samosa
Take a samosa patti, make it into a cone shape. Using the maida water paste, glue the sides.
Fill the cone with chicken tikka and samosa. Fill it so that you can close the samosa without the contents bursting out.
Do so till the fillings are over.
Now beat an egg and dip a samosa into it and then cover it with breadcrumbs. Coat the remaining samosa in this manner.
Now fry the samosas in the oil on high heat. Fry till they turn golden brown.
Chicken Tikka Cheese Samosa is now ready to be served.
