By Election: BJP complains about Voting machine. BREAKING NEWS

This is Breaking news. BJP has demanded re-polling at a few stations were by polls were held today.

Today By polls were condducted in 4 Lok Sabha and 10 assembly seats across the country , and while it is all going towards the fag end of polling, complaints about malfunctioning of voting machine came in from Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh during the day. BJPs Arun Singh said that the party has demanded repolling at a few stations. They also told Election Commision that they have received information that at many stations either the machines worked late or had some issues.

Election Commission later said that the “severe heat conditions” were interfering with machines and said complains about the malfunctioning of EVMs are an ‘exaggerated projection of reality’. 

These are the 10 places where assembly by-elections were held today.

Palus Kadegaon constituency (Maharashtra), Noorpur (Uttar Pradesh), Jokihat (Bihar), Gomia and Silli (Jharkhand), Chengannur (Kerala), Ampati (Meghalaya), Shahkot (Punjab), Tharali (Uttarakhand) and Maheshtala (West Bengal). The counting of votes will take place on May 31.
