BJP’s Gavit Rajendra Dhedya wins in Palghar Assembly seat in Maharashtra. It is one of the 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra.
Gavit Rajendra Dhedya wins with 257506 votes and Shrinivas Chintaman Vanaga of Shiva Sena polls 231861 votes and becomes second.
By-poll in Palghar was necessitated because of the death of Chintaman Wanga, the BJP Member of Parliament from the seat on January 30, 2018.
