Macaroni chaat

Ingredients
For Chaat Masala:
- 2 Tbsp Cumin Powder
- 15 pieces Whole Red Chili
- 1 Tbsp Fennel seeds
- 4 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Citric acid Powder
- 1 Tbsp Black pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Carom seeds
- 1 Tbsp Black Salt
- 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 Tbsp Mango Powder
For Macaroni Chaat:
- Cooking oil (As Needed)
- 1 & ½ Cup Macaroni (Boiled)
- 1 Cup Potatoes (Boiled & diced)
- ¾ Cup Bell Peppers (Diced)
- 1 Medium Sized Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Small sized Tomatoes (Chopped)
- ½ Cup Coriander Leaves (Fresh)
- Salt (As needed for the taste)
- 2 Tbsp Prepared Chaat Masala
- 2-3 Green chilies (Chopped)
- 3 Tbsp Imli Chutney
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Green Coriander (optional)
Directions
For Chaat Masala:
- First of all fry cumin seeds lightly (on medium flame) in a saucepan
- Then add whole red chili, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, fry again
- Put all these fried ingredients into a grinder mixer & grind them well
- Pour the ground mixture into a bowl
- Then add citric acid powder, black pepper powder, carom seeds powder, black salt, ginger powder, mango powder, & mix it well
- Chaat Masala is ready to use (Note: You can store this Masala in airtight jar for 4-6 weeks)
For Macaroni Salad:
- Add water in a cooking pan, then add cooking oil
- Add Macaroni & boil it
- Add this boiled macaroni in a bowl, then add boiled potatoes, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, prepared chaat masala, green chillies, Imli Chutney, lemon juice, & mix well
- Add some fresh coriander leaves as a garnishing
