No, the man doesn’t really have such smooth legs. In fact the man is sitting on a chair and is wearing a black shirt. The person standing his/her (probably her) is hugging him

A girl With Huge Head?
May be you were late to notice that the girl has a huge head as there are other areas of interest in the picture. But look at her head. It appears big as it is not her head and its another lady in blue pants on extreme right
