The banana milk shake is one of the popular shakes that we get from juice stalls, bakeries and ice cream parlors. It is a simple refreshing drink can make in short time with very few ingredients. This milk shake is also known as Sharjah shake.
INGREDIENTS
- Chilled milk- 2 glass
- Small banana/ Njalipoovan- 2
- Sugar -as required
- Cashew nuts- 4
- Boost /Horlicks- 2 tablespoon
METHOD
Peel the bananas and chop them. In a blender, add all the above-listed ingredients and blend well. Pour the shake into glasses. Garnish with crushed nuts and sprinkled boost over it.
