A State Transport Corporation bus veered off the road ar Gajehri in anterior Shimla, killed seven people and 21 others injured in the mishap, on Friday morning. The bus was en route via Shimla to Sharontha village at Tikker in Rohru tehsil.
Critical injured have been transferred to the Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital in Shimla. The rescue operation is in progress and the police along with the local natives are transferring the injured to the hospitals at Theog and Shimla.

All the bodies and the injured have been identified, said the police. The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained. The driver suddenly lost control when the bus rolled down on the steep downhill drive from Theog to Chaila, said, locals.
