This is a simple Iftar starter recipe that you can try and serve your guests.
Bread Roll

Ingredients
Bread Roll Filling
- 2 Potatoes (Boiled & meshed)
- Chicken (Boiled & Shredded)
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp White Pepper
- 1/4 cup Green Onion
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers
- 1/4 cup Peas (Boiled)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Sandwich bread as needed
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
Green Chatni (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup mint leaves
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 3-4 green chillies chopped
- ¼ cup water
Direction
For Green Chutney
- Mix all the ingredients well in either a blender or with a hand mixer.
For Bread Roll Filling
- In a bowl, add potato, chicken, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, cumin powder, white pepper, green onion, bell peppers, peas, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and mix it well. This is the filling.
For Bread Roll
- Cut the edges of the bread and roll out with the rolling pin
- Now place green chutney and spread it on the surface
- Now put the some prepared filling on it
- Now dab the bread sides with water and roll up the bread
And Fry it
- Option 1
Coat the pan with butter and place the bread roll on it. Coat the bread roll as well with butter. Take off the flame after it is done.
- Option 2
Dip bread roll into the beaten eggs and deep fry in the cooking oil.
Your tasty bread roll now ready to serve.
