Musleh was declared the winner of latest Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire, during the latest draw at Dubai International Airport. His ticket number 0742 bagged the top price and it would have all felt like a re-enactment of another day in his life from November 2012. It was on that day that Musleh had won $1 million before.

Winning the lottery once didn’t deter the spirit of Musleh from buying it again. He seemed to have such great faith in his fortune that he kept buying more tickets, participated in draws and his latest win has made him the seventh person to be lucky at the same draw.
When he had won the draw for the first time back in 2012, his brother had passed away, leaving three boys and one girl behind.
“My wife also had a failed pregnancy at the time. It was a rough patch, and when I won, I decided to dedicate the money to my nephews and niece,” said Hassan, who now resides with his wife in Dubai.
His nephews and nieces have all come out in flying colours in their education, thanks to the broad-mindedness of Musleh.
Hassan, the 73 year old corporate manager of Oman Insurance said “I remember when I first won $1 million in 2012 — I was over the moon, and winning again after six years is just truly an unexpected surprise. Thank you, Dubai Duty Free for my amazing second win,”
