Pranab Mukherjee will arrive at about 5:30 PM, after tea with Mohan Bhagwat, RSS chief, at 6:15 he will address RSS cadres gathered there to attend the Sangh Shiksha Varg. The programme will conclude at 7:00 PM with a dinner along with Mohan Bhagwat.
