Yummy Banana Ice Cream: Ramadan Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 150g sweetened condensed milk
- 100ml whipping cream
- ΒΌ tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
Preparation
- Peel and cut the banana into small pieces. Keep this in the freezer.
- Once it has frozen hard to blend it with condensed milk and keep aside. Whip the cream well then add this to the banana paste, mix slowly.
- Add walnut into it and mix. Transfer this in an air tight container. After 6hr mix it with a fork. Make sure all ice crystals are gone.
- Keep back in the freezer, after 12hr ice cream will be ready.
