Yummy Banana Ice Cream: Ramadan Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 150g sweetened condensed milk
  • 100ml whipping cream
  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Preparation

  • Peel and cut the banana into small pieces. Keep this in the freezer.
  • Once it has frozen hard to blend it with condensed milk and keep aside. Whip the cream well then add this to the banana paste, mix slowly.
  • Add walnut into it and mix. Transfer this in an air tight container. After 6hr mix it with a fork. Make sure all ice crystals are gone.
  • Keep back in the freezer, after 12hr ice cream will be ready.
