Kummanam Rajasekharan is all set to make his first visit in to Kerala after becoming the Governor of Mizoram. He will arrive at Kozhikode on Thursday. The Governor of Mizoram will then take part in a function honouring the director of Bharatheeya Vichara Kendram P. Parameswaran. Former Central Minister Murali Manohar Joshy will be the chief guest of the function.
But the important reason behind Kummanam’s Kerala re-entry is to visit the temple of Sabarimala. He will reach Chengannur Railway Station on 16th and will have his breakfast from Sabari Asram established by himself. Later he will visit Parthasarathy temple in Aranmula and then pay a visit to Philipose Mar Chrysostam.
He will then head for Sabarimala. On the way , Kummanam has planned to meet a senior ‘Moopan’ – a tribal leader and gift him a traditional shawl he got from Mizoram. Kummanam also has a few media engagements after which he will reach CMS college and honour his former teachers at their home. After some functions at kollam on 19th and Thriuvananthapuram on 20th, he will go back to Mizoram on 21st.
