Ouseppachan, the producer of the film raised a complaint at Kerala Film Producers Association alledging Omar of not completing the project on time.
According to him, Omar already has already received an amount of Rs 30 lakh but hasn’t completed the movie within the specified time costing him a huge financial loss.

Calling his allegations false, Omar is saying the producer is adamant on changing the script of the movie. Omar said that the producer wants to give more importance to Priya Prakash Varrier who became an overnight sensation after the trailer was released.
