‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao is a personal campaign of the Government of India that aims to generate awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare services intended for girls. The scheme was launched with an initial funding of 100 crores.
And these two sharp memory sisters are a part of the scheme.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath awarded Rs 51,000 each to two sisters from the state acclaimed for their sharp memory as a part of ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaign. The sisters, Honey Singh and Hasi Singh, can answer at least 2000 General Knowledge questions in less than one and a half hours, as per reports.

The sisters are working for ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaign of the government under which they have been provided the same amount. CM Adityanath also congratulated the two talented girls and assured that his government will keep helping them in future also so they can keep doing well and inspiring others.
“I congratulate them. With their talent, they’re connected with ‘Beti bachao Beti padhao’. State govt will support them, they’ll be provided bus pass & help of Rs 51,000 each. In future too the govt will keep helping them so that they continue doing well & inspire others,” he said.

The ‘ Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ scheme of the Central government was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The main aim of the scheme was to promote the education of young girls, reduce discrimination among boys and girls as well as improving child sex ratio from 918 girls to every 1,000 boys.
Another girl from Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura, Prerna Sharma, also amazed everyone with her memory power. She broke a record with her photographic memory for numbers two years ago. She also managed to enter the Limca Book of records along with Asia and India Book of Records.
