As reported by ANI, Rohini Court has ordered an FIR against Mithun Chakraborty’s wife, Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay on charges of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent. The news has left people quite confused since there is no confirmation or any more information on this.
Mahaakshay, also known as Mimoh, was engaged to actress Madalsa Sharma and the two were reportedly getting married on 7th July 2018. The actress has even told Spotboye how excited she was to be marrying Mimoh and that both the families were happy with this wedding.

It was supposed to be a destination wedding with family members only but looks like that’s not happening anymore. Though we are still unclear if she is the victim here. Mimoh got engaged back in March at his Mumbai residence in the presence of both the families. We are still waiting for more details on this case.
