Standing at the receiving end of the violence involving Islamist students organization Campus Front in Maharajas College Ernakulam, it seems SFI has vented out their anger on the ABVP workers in Thrissur.5 ABVP workers were injured in a collective attack by the SFI today at 8:30 AM before the prestigious Keralavarma College in Thrissur.

ABVP workers were busy decorating the college entrance to welcome the first years when a team of 20 SFI workers unleashed an attack on them. The reports suggested that the fight
had been started by SFI when they destroyed ABVP flags and other decorations set by the ABVP workers near the college entrance. It was when the ABVP workers gathered there to repair the broken flags and decorations when the second phase of physical attack was made by a team of 20 SFI activists.
ABVP workers were attacked using liquor bottles and iron sticks. Rajin, Pramod, Rajith, Yadhu were injured and are hospitalized in Thrissur District Hospital.
