Minor teenager gets raped twice in a day

Twice in one day, a minor teenager gets gang-raped on her way home.

In Madya Pradesh, in a span of 24 hours a 14-year-old girl was gang-raped twice, said the police.

The girl had been missing since the evening of the 6^th of July and had a complaint registered the next day at the police station.

According to the statement given to the police by the victim, the first accused identified by the victim had persuaded her to go with him on his motorbike to the house of the 2^nd accused where the 2 gang-raped her.

The next day the victim was released, and on her way home was kidnapped by 3 other men who took her back to the house and gang-raped her.

The police found her in a disoriented state on the 8^th of July. Police formed a special team to search for the accused and arrested all five of them.

The accused have been charged under IPC sections 376 (D) (gang-rape), 506 (criminal intimidation), 363 (kidnapping), 342 (wrongful confinement) and also under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
