One Pot Mushroom Pasta

INGREDIENTS
- 400 gm pasta macaroni
- 1 cup spinach
- 5 sprigs thyme
- 4 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt as required
- 200 gm mushroom
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 4 cup water
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 6 tablespoon white wine
- black pepper as required
METHOD
- To make this delicious pasta recipe, place a deep-bottomed pot over medium flame. Heat the oil in it.
- Once the pot is hot enough. Add mushrooms, spinach, thyme, and garlic and saute until the mushroom is brown and spinach is wilted.
- Once done, transfer the veggies to a bowl and keep aside. Now, add the water to the pot and bring it to a boil over high flame. Once boiled, add the pasta along with a pinch of salt and allow the pasta to cook.
- Once the pasta has cooked thoroughly, drain the excess water, reduce the heat and add the veggies.
- Next, pour white wine and heavy cream to the recipe and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle the parmesan cheese. Stir well and your One Pot Mushroom Pasta is ready.
