INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gm pasta macaroni
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 5 sprigs thyme
  • 4 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt as required
  • 200 gm mushroom
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoon white wine
  • black pepper as required

METHOD

  • To make this delicious pasta recipe, place a deep-bottomed pot over medium flame. Heat the oil in it.
  • Once the pot is hot enough. Add mushrooms, spinach, thyme, and garlic and saute until the mushroom is brown and spinach is wilted.
  • Once done, transfer the veggies to a bowl and keep aside. Now, add the water to the pot and bring it to a boil over high flame. Once boiled, add the pasta along with a pinch of salt and allow the pasta to cook.
  • Once the pasta has cooked thoroughly, drain the excess water, reduce the heat and add the veggies.
  • Next, pour white wine and heavy cream to the recipe and mix well.
  • Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle the parmesan cheese. Stir well and your One Pot Mushroom Pasta is ready.
