Previously it was reported that no one was dead in the Toronto shooting where a gunman had started randomly shooting the locals.
The gunman identified as Faisal Hussain after the authorities have spoken to his family who is living in Toronto.
Hussain had injured 13 and killed 2- a 10-year-old girl and an 18-year old in Greektown (Danforth) neighborhood, an area dominated by the Greeks, in the city.
The police are looking into the incident and are looking for all possible connections to the case including terrorism.

Although assailant is dead, it is unclear as to whether he killed himself or of the police killed him. His body has been sent for postmortem.
Meanwhile, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condoled the ‘terrible’ Toronto shooting on social media.
My thoughts are with everyone affected by the terrible tragedy on the Danforth last night in Toronto, and may the injured make a full recovery. The people of Toronto are strong, resilient and brave – and we’ll be there to support you through this difficult time.
