The launch event for the next generation of Apple iPhone and iOS-powered devices is gradually approaching. As we head towards an impending September Apple launch event, the number of leaks on the internet has increased in frequency. According to a recent report by 9to5Mac, it looks like dummy units for the upcoming iPhone X Plus with a 6.5-inch display and iPhone model with LCD display and 6.1-inch display have leaked out on the internet. This gives us a hint of how the devices will look in real life. These images were initially leaked by Ben Geskin on his Twitter account.
The iPhone X Plus is rumored to have a 6.5-inch OLED screen, up from the 5.8-inch display on the iPhone X, but other than that its design looks similar to the iPhone X we’ve got now. There’s a notch, a dual rear camera setup, and no headphone jack.

Coming to the iPhone X Plus model seen in the video, the physical size of the handset the same as that of the iPhone 8 Plus but comes with a larger 6.5-inch display. This is because the iPhone X Plus will get rid of the bezels featured on the iPhone 7 Plus.
Meanwhile, the 6.1-inch iPhone rumoured for the lineup, allegedly called iPhone 9, could be Apple’s entry-level variant. As per previous reports, this lower-end iPhone in the new range that will come with an LCD panel, and could be priced between $600 (roughly Rs. 40,300) and $700 (roughly Rs.47,000). Last month, a video showing the 3D mockups of the 2018 iPhone models, including the 6.1-inch variant, had appeared online. In that video, the three models were compared to different previous generation iPhone models. The information present in the latest video are mostly a repetition of what we have already seen before.
