Shocking CCTV visuals of an accident that happened in Ithikkara, Kottiyam in Kollam district of Kerala reveals terrible negligence from the part of the bus driver. The bus driver and the conductor, along with the truck driver passed away. 12 people are injured. Kollam RTO has given a report to the Transport Commissioner on the accident. The report says it wasn’t KSRTC driver’s mistake.
