Despite the Flood and a Holiday For Most Educational Institutions, PSC Goes Ahead With Exams!

Kerala is reeling under heavy rain and flood. While the state has been getting a lot of help both as money as well as in the form of manpower, nothing seems to be adequate at the face of the natural calamity.

Most of the educational institutions in Kerala has declared holidays and there is a red alert on all the 14 districts. Kerala Public Service Commission, however, seems to be not affected by what is going around as it will go ahead with its previous schedule. What this means is that the exams won’t be postponed and all the exams which were to be held on Thursday will go as planned. The exams which start from as early as 7 o clock on Thursday and the PSC officials and contestants will have to be there on time.

Most university exams which were to be held on Thursday have been postponed. Even the onam exam of students were cancelled, but PSCs obstinacy is baffling at the face of a calamity like this.
