Xiaomi has launched a Plus version of its recently announced Mi Pad 4 Android tablet, calling it simply, the Mi Pad 4 Plus. The Mi Pad 4 Plus, although it shares the core hardware of the original Mi Pad 4, crams in upgraded specs. Especially in the display and battery departments. Also, unlike the Mi Pad 4, the Mi Pad 4 Plus will be available in only LTE option. The Mi Pad 4 is available in Wi-Fi and LTE options. The price has been increased slightly, but the Mi Pad 4 Plus is still a hallmark Xiaomi product. This means that it comes with well-to-do hardware at rock-bottom prices.
Just like the Mi Pad 4, the Mi Pad 4 Plus is also exclusive to China for now. The Mi Pad 4 Plus will be available for buying in China from August 16, with no word on global availability. Here is a closer look at the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus and everything that it brings to the table.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The Mi Pad 4 Plus looks a lot like the iPad, although you can also say that it looks like a super-sized Mi Max 2 especially from the behind. At a time when tablets are gradually becoming more and more non-existent it’s nice to see Xiaomi continuing its habit of launching a new tablet frequently. The Mi Pad 4 Plus is an enhanced version of the Mi Pad 4 which was launched in June.
The Mi Pad 4, as far as speculations were concerned, was said to be the first tablet in the world to rock an 18:9 aspect ratio meaning it was supposed to be the first tablet in the world to boast of a near bezel-less design. As it turns out now, that isn’t the case. The Mi Pad 4 is a regular tablet with a regular screen with a pretty regular aspect ratio. The Mi Pad 4 Plus is no different.
The Mi Pad 4 Plus rocks an all-metal body which is only 7.9 mm thin and weighs in at 485 gram which is nothing short of phenomenal since it is also housing a massive 8,620Ah battery on the inside.
While the Mi Pad 4 is available in two connectivity configurations: Wi-Fi only, and 4G LTE and Wi-Fi, the Mi Pad 4 Plus will be available in only LTE configuration. This means that the Mi Pad 4 Plus will allow you to put a 4G SIM inside much like the iPad.
