A man stranded in flooded water in the second floor of his house in Chengannur appeals for help through a video message.

The man was on the second floor of his house which is filled with neck-deep while the first floor of his house is completely submerged.

The man in the video message appeals to the state authorities to send rescue personnel so that he can be rescued in time.
