Australian Tourists Caught having Illegal Pool Sex in Pattaya: Investigation Begins

He is not facing charges, but police are desperate to prosecute the people in the video and the filmer for breaking the country’s obscenity laws

After pornographic videos emerged from a raunchy pool party in Thailand’s Pattaya, the police have grilled the Australian organiser who arranged the event. Two guests were filmed simulating sex and oral sex with a bikini-clad Thai woman surrounded by cheering guests in a beachfront pool on Saturday night.

Footage of the “obscene” behaviour sparked outrage and heavy-handed cops descended on the hotel on Monday to grill the owner and launch a manhunt for the filmer and the two male tourists involved.

Coran Maloney whose firm Kolour Entertainment organises boozy parties was called to give evidence to an “inquiry” by police.

He is not facing charges, but police are desperate to prosecute the people in the video and the filmer for breaking the country’s obscenity laws and computer crime act by filming the men in the pool.

The hotel’s owner, staff, and waiters were also summoned to speak with Pattaya police chief Apichai Krobpetch over the incident. Footage of one holiday-maker simulating sex with a bikini-clad woman in front of cheering guests sparked outrage after it emerged online and was handed to police.

A second clip showed a guest in a sailor’s hat appears to perform oral sex on the same woman while music blears in the background. The clip has the Thai words for “having sex’’ written on it.
