A top leader of a militant organization was shot killed by rival groups. Information and publicity secretary of Manipur’s Kuki militant outfit Kuki Revolutionary Army was shot dead by an unidentified person. The outfit is presently under the Suspension of Operations agreement with the Centre and state government.
No militant outfit has so far claimed responsibility of the killing.
