Sandalwood smugglers were arrested by the Forest Department at Marayoor. Police caught them while trying to deport sandalwood in a car.
The forest officials found 75 kilo sandalwood from there. Three of the smugglers from Kasargod. The officials also identified 15 kilo sandalwood from their houses.
