Devaswom Minister Kadakampally Surendran has been hospitalised with fever at the medical college hospital in the capital city.
He developed uneasiness when he reached home after attending a republic day programme in Pathanamthitta last night.
He was immediately taken to the hospital. Doctors attending on him said that his condition is better and will be able to leave hospital within two days.
