Railway Minister Piyush Goyal took to Twitter on Sunday and shared a video of India’s fastest train Vande Bharat Express formerly known as Train 18, but his tweet was shot down by the Congress as “lies”.
“It’s a bird…It’s a plane…Watch India’s first semi-high speed train built under ‘Make in India’ initiative, Vande Bharat Express zooming past at lightening speed,” Goyal captioned the video.

The Congress sharing the same video called it “Mr Ghotala’s” lies. Later, with more Congress supporters joining in to critise Goyal, it turned into a slug-fest between the supporters of the two parties.
The only thing travelling at lightning speed are Mr. 'Ghotala's' lies. https://t.co/fTSi6yM2Qc

Some BJP supporters claimed that people should try out the train to know the speed.
PM @NarendraModi is going to launch the 180KPH Vande Bharat Train on 15 feb. Who are saying this is a fast forward video please go and get the ticket and experience the speed. https://t.co/EdBNVQLjz9
