The incident happened in Osmanabad in Maharashtra where twelve youths have been booked for carrying mobile phones inside the polling booth and posting live stream videos on Facebook while casting their vote on Thursday.
The breach is against the Election Code of Conduct. According to the rules, the voters are not allowed to carry mobile phones within the 100 meters of the polling booth.
No arrests have been made in the case till last evening.
