Pakistani flags will fly half-mast in residential areas and government buildings across the nation on August 15, the Independence Day of India, which Islamabad has decided to observe as ‘black day’ in protest against its Kashmir moves.
August 14, the day Pakistan celebrates its Independence Day, will be observed in solidarity with the Kashmiris and their “just struggle for their right to self-determination”, a government notification said.
