A man arrested for keeping marijuana died in police custody. Ranjith a resident of Malappuram district was taken to custody around 12 pm today.
After some time he displayed signs of terrible fits and was taken to hospital in the evening around 5 pm. But the doctors declared him dead at the time of arrival.
