The benchmark BSE Sensex Sensex fell 0.1 percent to 41,291 and the NSE Nifty 50 fell 01 percent to 12,113. The broader markets represented by the NSE Nifty 500 Index fell 0.05 percent.
Indian Rupee on the other hand has slipped by opening at 23 paise lower at 71.79 dollar versus Tuesday’s close of 71.56.
