West Bengal state government has decided to extend the lockdown restriction imposed in the state to contain the spread of coronavirus. The state government has extended the lockdown imposed in the containment zones across the state till July 31.
On Sunday, state home department has informed the police DGP and all District Magistrates about the extension of the lockdown. During this lockdown, the number of COVID-19 containment zones in Kolkata stand at 32.
