An Indian expat has won 12 million dirham in the Big Ticket Abu Dhabi raffle draw No. 218 held on Monday. An Indian expat named Dipankar Dey based in Dubai has won the fortune. Dey had bought the ticket no. 041486 on July 14 with contributions from his 11 colleagues.
Also all the six cash prizes were bagged by Indian nationals.
