Bombay High Court rules in favour of IMPPA and allows all persons over 65 years age to work in the Entertainment industry by quashing the order of the Maharashtra State government that no person above the age of 65 will be allowed to work on any film set .
The court allowed all producers technicians workers and artists to work subject to their adhering to the advisories which are applicable to all senior citizens as is applicable in case of all other citizen.
