The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has updated the coronavirus situation in the country. As per the data released by the ministry, 64,531 new coronavirus cases and 1092 deaths were reported in the country in the last 24 hours.
The overall infection tally has rised to 27,67,274. In this 6,76,514 are active cases, 20,37,871 discharged/migrated. The death toll climbed to 52,889.
