In Perumbavoor municipality, the BJP won the seat which was monopolized by the LDF. Candidate Shalu Sarath has won. The BJP now holds the seat that the LDF held for years.
In Perumbavoor, the BJP is leading in seven seats. Apart from this, NDA candidate KG Aneesh in Ramamangalam fourth ward won by a large majority.
