North Korea claims to have successfully fired its most powerful missile since 2017

Reuters says, North Korea has acknowledged that it has test fired a Hwasong-12 intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM), citing official media. This comes as US and South Korean authorities cautioned that the launch on Sunday may lead to the resumption of long-range missile and nuclear-weapons testing.
