German Chancellor Olaf Scholz praised talks between Ukrainian and Russian officials, as well as other diplomatic activities addressing the Ukraine conflict, but stressed that the negotiations must deliver results that allow for a truce quickly.
“We must ensure that results that would allow for a truce are established as quickly as possible,” Scholz told media upon visiting Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara.
