London: The first day of Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham turned impressive for India. Indian players had entered the second round in table tennis, badminton, hockey, boxing and squash events. The Indian badminton team registered a ‘5-0’ against Pakistan. The Indian women’s table tennis team defeated South Africa by ‘3-0’.
