Iranian satellite to be launched into orbit by Russian space agency

On August 9, Russia will launch a satellite into orbit on behalf of Iran, the Roscosmos space agency announced on Wednesday.

A Soyuz rocket will place the spacecraft, a remote sensing satellite known as ‘Khayyam,’ into orbit, according to Roscosmos.
